Plasticity & Formability
Natural excellent plasticity enables smooth jiggering, pressing and slip casting, effectively reducing body cracks and deformation during forming.
Fired Whiteness & Purity
High-grade kaolin reaches 90 whiteness after calcination at 1200°C. Extremely low iron and titanium content ensures pure white tone for high-end ceramics and glazes.
Green Strength & Anti-Breakage
Uniform particle distribution enhances dry green strength, minimizing breakage during handling, drying and transportation.
Firing Stability & Refractoriness
Moderate alumina content improves fired strength and dimensional stability, lowers thermal creep and widens firing range.
Glaze Suspension & Adhesion
Optimizes glaze rheology and thixotropy, prevents hard sedimentation, and significantly improves bonding strength between glaze and ceramic body.
Drying & Firing Shrinkage Control
Reasonable blending of kaolin and ball clay accurately controls shrinkage rate, guaranteeing consistent product dimensions in mass production.
