Ceramic Body Binder is a high-performance additive specifically designed to increase the strength of ceramic bodies. Through bridging, bonding, and filling mechanisms, it forms strong interparticle bonds between ceramic particles, significantly improving the strength of both granulated powder and finished green bodies, while reducing quality issues such as breakage, warpage, and lamination at various stages of production.

GOWAY Ceramic Body Binders are divided into two series, designed for different body formulations and production processes: Inorganic Mineral Series (FG-302 / FG-303) and Organic Polymer Series (FG-ZM010 / FG-ZM01A). The two series can be used individually or in combination for optimal strengthening results.
- Main Composition: Aluminosilicate mineral system, SiO₂ 60-70%, Al₂O₃ 13-16%
- Mechanism: Filling and bridging effects via mineral particles, increasing mechanical interlocking
- Applications: Standard ceramic bodies, refractories, bricks, tiles
- Features: Cost-effective, good compatibility with bodies, no effect on fired color
- Main Composition: Organic polymer active ingredients, content 90-98%
- Mechanism: Bridging and bonding via polymer chains, forming flexible connections between particles
- Applications: High-demand bodies, thin slabs, large-format tiles, special-shaped parts
- Features: Significant strengthening effect, extremely low dosage (0.1%-0.2%), up to 30% dry strength improvement
